Thesis
The one belief the campaign exists to create, decided before anyone is booked.
Without it: perfect casting spreads the wrong idea faster.
Creator marketing for AI companies
Watch this video for the AI Creator Framework, the five stages that get millions of eyes on your AI product while the channel is still wide open.
The window
It runs in the same order every time.
Early, the right creators are easy to book and their audiences actually listen.
Almost nobody has got to them yet, so the first companies in get outsized results.
Then everybody piles in.
Feeds fill with the same category, and the same budget buys a fraction of the attention.
The best creators get taken once.
When a competitor books the creators your buyers trust, they're off the table.
I have run this cycle end to end.
From the first launches to the crowded end. AI is at the front of it now.
The framework
Five stages. This is the process built out of the last cycle, and it is what we run now.
The one belief the campaign exists to create, decided before anyone is booked.
Without it: perfect casting spreads the wrong idea faster.
Selected on output per follower and audience trust, never on size.
Without it: you pay a premium for reach that does not move.
A different argument per creator, so eight creators sound like eight opinions.
Without it: it reads as one advert copied out, and the trust goes first.
Posts sequenced across days, not dumped on one.
Without it: one spike, then silence by Monday.
Per creator numbers while it is still running, so casting can shift mid flight.
Without it: an impressions deck that survives no budget conversation.
Twelve months from now
Who built this
I am not predicting this cycle. I ran creators through the last one.
The framework below is what that decade condensed into.
The audit call is with me.

Perplexity Computer just replaced a $2,000 SEO audit I used to pay agencies for.
The market context underneath all of it
Straight answers
Usually true the first time, and it fails the same way every time: bought on follower count, briefed identically, released all at once. That is the method failing, not the channel. The two highest output creators on Perplexity each had under 38,000 followers. Selection is the variable.
Most creator reporting is a wrap deck of impressions, which nobody can defend internally. We measure per creator while the campaign runs, views per follower, bookmarks, shares and conversations, so it can shift mid flight and you leave with a number that holds up.
You can, and eventually you should. Until then you are a one-off buyer every time, paying rates a continuous buyer does not pay, and rebuilding the roster each quarter. Here it is one contract, one invoice, pricing pre-negotiated, disclosure handled.
Waiting doesn't keep the door open. As the category fills, the creators who matter get booked by someone else, and it takes more to stand out. Everything else here is a judgement call. This one has already happened once.
The audit
We look at what you sell, who has to be convinced, which creators fit and which we would rule out, and what the numbers need to look like for the spend to be defensible internally.
You leave with a shortlist of creators who fit you, a view of which ones your competitors have got to first, and a straight read on current rates. Yours to keep whether we ever work together or not.
Book a free creator audit. It is a call, not a proposal.
Now
The creators covering your category still have audiences that listen, and almost nobody has got to them yet. Once your competitors do, they're spoken for.
See if it fits.
The audit is free. If creators are not a fit for your product, you hear that on the call, not after a contract. And because every call is taken personally, slots each week are limited.
The best creators in your category get booked once. Make sure it's by you.
